You can request a new original.

Can I get deferred payment? Or a payment arrangement?

Infomedics can grant deferment of payment. A payment arrangement is also possible. Administration costs and interest will be charged for this.

I have moved or the address on the invoice is incorrect.

You can notify Infomedics of your change of address.

Has my payment reached Fa-med?

We can look up the payment by means of your payment details.

I have received a note from the bailiff.
